[ARRL-OK] Section Manager change

I would like to take this final opportunity to say so long and thank you to
all of you for your support and assistance during my 5 year tenure as SM.
We have a great group of amateurs in the section and a fantastic group of
ARRL appointees.  It has been an honor to work with you all.  I am honored
to have had the opportunity to serve as your section manager.

Tomorrow, John Thomason, WB5SYT, officially takes office as your new SM.  I
can think of no one better to take my place.  Good Luck John!

I am on to new adventures.  I am currently preparing to host the Central
States VHF Society conference in Tulsa in July, as President.  I will be
posting information on that here on the reflector and hope you all can
attend.
