[ARRL-OK] Replying to Mail List Messages

I have a request regarding "e-mail list etiquette."

Please, when someone on the list replies to your request
for information through the list, please make further
correspondence private unless there is a good reason
that the whole list should see it.

Just hitting the REPLY action block sends the reply
back to the entire list.  To avoid sending to everybody,
once you do choose REPLY, remove it from the address line
and manually enter the persons's private email address.
