[ARRL-OK] Possible Special Event

I have reserved W5P for April, 2003.  The callsign can be used as a
special event station for the Pryor Tornado.  This tornado, the fifth
deadliest in State history, will have its 51st anniversary on 27 April.

I am proposing setting up an amateur radio station at the park on the
afternoon for six hours.  Stations contacted could be eligible for a
certificate.  

Goal: The goals of this event is to (1) promote amateur radio positively
to the general public, (2) provide information regarding amateur radio,
weather preparedness, and emergency management to the general public, (3)
facilitate international goodwill.
Anyone interested in this idea?

We would need someone to design the certificate.  It would be nice to
have someone manage the equipment (setup/take down).  I can handle
publicity.  

Thoughts?
