[Argonaut_USERS_Group] The ARGONAUT connection

Over the years since 1979 my ham radio activity is off and on.  Somewhere I noticed on someone's website a vow that he would make 1 cw contact a day.  I decided to try and do that, qrp, on days I am at home.  (Often, since I am retired now)

Made my first resolution contact today with Joe, W6IYN, and I made it with my ARGONAUT 509 at 2W. That's why I feel safe posting this message..the ARGONAUT connection.   Other contacts I have made since 1996 have been with a Corsair turned down to qrp level or a NorCal 40A.  The Corsair is gone and a Paragon 585 took its place.  A Triton 544 sits on the next shelf below the ARGONAUT.

Do any of the rest of you ever feel a little sympathy and maybe respect for those QRO guys who really hang in there with you, doing their best to copy a QRP signal?
