[Argonaut_USERS_Group] Policy Message/Question

Glad to have this group. I also subscribe to the new
Argo V group and the Ten-Tec users group. I have an
Argo 509, as well as the new Argo V. Also own a couple
of Triton 540's, and an Argosy 525, plus a basket case 525.
My main rig is an Omni V. I also have an R-325 Receiver,
of which very few were made, TT tells me. Oh yeah, I also
have an analog Century 21.

What I like about all these older rigs is that you can
take the top off and tinker with them. They are
basically good CW rigs, especially better than any
other rigs of their vintage for CW.

Appreciate Ed's starting the list and hope it will stay
civil, unlike the Ten-Tec list, which has become at
times an Orion bashers' list, due to the four or
five who keep whining and wetting their pants whenever
someone says anything positive about the Orion.(I don't
own one, but may some day.) My last negative comment....

So whatever Ed says is fine with me. I know with lots of
common circuitry and the evolution of the different
models, it will be useful for many of the old rigs besides
the Argonauts.

Thanks, 73,
John Farler
