I have some equipment I could bring to the meeting next Tuesday. 
I purchased a relatively inexpensive signal generator that outputs two coherent signals that can be frequency, phase and amplitude controlled. 
It is also an arbitrary waveform generator. 
I have been able to generate some very interesting waveform patterns 
on my oscilloscope in the X/Y mode and also in the X/T mode. 
I would also like to demonstrate a radio frequency mixer with another couple of generators. The mixer output will be displayed on a spectrum analyzer. 
This will give insight to how a mixer works in almost all of our ham radios and most other receivers and transmitters. 
I hope to see a good turnout next Tuesday.
