I will bring them to the meeting for show and tell. I also have two tripods but I don't know if I will have the mounting hardware on one of them. I also have two high gain antennas but will not bring then as they are not mounted on the tripods and are not aligned. I would like to get a group together in the near future to set up these stations on high spots in the area (preferably 5 or 10 miles apart) and try for a QSO. The transverters and the antennas are probably good for 200 or so miles on a line of sight path. The Brandon Hospital parking garage top level would be fairly good in Brandon. I think that MOSI or St-Joseph Hospital would be the other high spot. Has anybody else got some ideas? There are some good videos on U Tube about this type of operation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3FR72wHHCeM&list=PLGbJVd9hLFYIbAi0VypAjEPw0QSnd7cR9 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPiCSG2J7To https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEF95-LXXQw https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HH8a77MaaZE&list=PLA0CEBDC9F9811396&index=24 See you Tuesday if everything works out OK. 73 Tony
