Hello from your Tampa Bay Hamfest.  This email is going out to all our member clubs or at least to the best contact address we have.  Several clubs have no contact information on their website, their email we have bounces and they send no representative to the meetings.  Please send us your updated contact information so we can send you organization the latest information.


As a member club you have one free table for club promotion, no selling off this table.  You also get one selling table at the discount price of $10.  Have you club representative or President contact me to reserve your tables.  Please do not reserve a table for your club if you don't intend occupying it for the majority of the hamfest.  Unoccupied tables will be sold.


If you wish your free club table next to a club or member selling table you need to get your reservations for all of them in asap.  Specify in the order you want the tables all together.


We hear from people who have not heard that we have moved to the Plant City are or that we are a Friday / Saturday hamfest now.  As a service to your members please announce the hamfest and information during your meetings and club nets.  I have attached a hamfest flier.  Information is also available on our website at www.tampabayhamfest.org.
