[AReU] Merry Christmas

I would like to wish all of you a merry Christmas and a happy New Year. 

I would like to thank all of the folks that keep the BARS and AREU clubs 
healthy and active. 

Such things as the BARS net on 2 meters, the BARS roundtable 
on 6 and 2 meters, interesting presentations at AREU meetings and of 
course Field Day are the heart and soul of the clubs. The weekly breakfast 
meetings are also a great draw and I sure miss the Saturday morning 
breakfast meeting. 

I also hope that conditions will permit me to participate in more of the 
clubs activities in the near future. Not a day goes by without my thoughts 
drifting to either a BARS or AREU activity.  

It sure has been a good run!!!!!!

I regularly monitor the VHF repeater but rarely talk. I enjoy hearing the 
activity so keep it up.
