   Because of the elections (our talk) and the time we spent curing George KE4VDJ 's
HF transceiver's dead pre-amp problem, he was quite pleased by the way, so the antenna
discussion was postponed until next month.

   We experimented with an old open frame 1:1 transformer changing the number of turns of a
temporary low voltage secondary winding.  (for tube filaments)
   Ron KA4INM presented part one of his "How antennas (in general) work," an extemporaneous
presentation.
