Hello,

Only one week until the Tampa Bay Hamfest.  We have great vendors, interesting forums, plenty of room for your tailgate and a perfect venue for it all.

Our guest speaker is Joel Hallas, QSL Technical Director, author of the Doctor Is In column, many articles and books.  His forums have been very popular in Dayton, .

Our theme this year is QRP.  QRP Amateur Radio Club International (QRP ARCI) will have a forum and then the rest of the day the room will be used for hands on show and tell.  Come in and check out the QRP rigs your have been thinking about.  They will also have a booth on the main floor for club information, membership and general QRP chit-chat.

MARS, The Florida AM Group, The Florida NVIS Group, The Florida Repeater Council, QCWA and the West Central Florida Group all have a meeting scheduled.  Stop in see what is going on.

Check out the ARRL, AMSAT and YL Forums, Intro to D-Star, Advanced D-Star, and Geoff Haines homebrew tech forums all will inform and intertain.

While you are browsing the tailgate and main floor you can drop off your QSL cards and have them checked.  Or have a seat and take that upgrade test in the VE Exam room.

I have attached the latest forum schedule.  Please check the posted schedules to make sure the forum you are interested in has not changed time slot.
