To my ham friends:

One of our Tuesday night net participants has experienced a problem:


When he transmits on 10m (and only on 10m) his computer locks up and his neighbors hear him coming out of their computer routers. 
He would like to filter up so he can avoid the interference.  
He is thinking of limiting his power to 25 watts or so

Any advice for this broadcaster?
