[AReU] Mobile Radio Needed

I want to buy a synthesized 12 volt mobile radio capable of transmitting at least ten watts of ten meter FM 
I only need to transmit with this radio
I do not need a radio that receives, so a rig with a defective receiver will work just fine for my project. 
This radio does not need to have a subaudible tone encoder.  
I would love to find a used RCI Ranger for my project, but any good brand will work just fine.

Do you know anybody who has a ten meter FM rig that they would like to sell?
