[AReU] Subaudible Decoder

My repeater on 145.39 is on the air.
I am required to use a subaudible tone decoder 
The decoder I ordered from HRO is very complicated to install inside the receiver.

Does anybody know of a "stand alone" decoder I can use for 77 Hz (or any other subaudible frequency) which could exist outside of my receiver, for easier installation?

Anyone wishing to check in to my repeater can dial 43211 on their touch tone pad to activate the repeater.
If you do this, the repeater will remain open until there is no activity for three minutes, then it goes back into its cage. 
 
Touch-tone access will be discontinued once we can install a subaudible tone decoder.
