I want to buy a two meter 12 volt radio a few years old or relatively new.
For a good home
All the radio has to do is receive well and it also must have a programmable working subaudible tone decoder built in.
It makes no difference to me if the radio does not transmit or does not have a working microphone.  
All I need the radio to do is receive.
