[AReU] AREU meeting Tuesday

The AREU meeting will be at 7:00 pm Tuesday at the 
Bell Shoals Baptist Church. I will have two 1296 MHz 
to 144 MHz transverters there. Hopefully we will be 
able to communicate with them at least across the 
room. I have finished the transverter that I will loan to 
Ed so that we may have a QSO on the 23 cm band. 
We will initially try on 1296.1 MHz USB. 

I had a partially completed transverter at the last meeting 
and we had a good session on transverters. We also 
talked about digital to analog and analog to digital 
converters. All in all I think that everyone had a 
good time and maybe we'll do it again this Tuesday.
