Field Day is just a short time away.

I can remember at the February meeting when I mentioned that it would
be here before we knew it.

Below is a list of persons that are handling various functions for Field
Day.
There are a couple of positions open and if you would like to fill them just
send me a note and I will revise the list.

2004 FIELD DAY

Field Day Chairman---Ed (W7LGD)

Assistant Chairman---Tony (W4TAS)

GOTA---Rod  (KC4MMR)

HF Phone--- Steve (KS4WA)

HF CW---Mark (WB9UJS)

VHF/UHF/SATELLITE---Tony (W4TAS)

FOOD---Tony (W4TAS) and others as required

APRS---Dave (N4DLW)

FAST SCAN TV---Tony (W4TAS)

PACKET---none at present

VISITOR SIGN IN STATION---none at present

MEDIA CONTACT---none at present

SSTV or PSK 31---none at present

You folks might also be thinking about contacting the appropriate authority
if you would like to volunteer to operate one of the stations during Field
Day.
If we have a full complement of operators we can surpass 2003 in the points
standing. We also need a logger for each operator so if you don't want to
operate you can record the contacts.

I hope you folks are as excited about Field Day as I am.
