[AReU] Topic Suggestion for discussion

Hi everyone,
I was reading Tony's, W4TAS, last memo and have a
request/suggestion for one of the upcoming meetings if anyone
can accommodate it.

I am doing a lot of repair work lately and have come up with a
need to know how I can determine proper part replacement for
Ic's and especially transistors.  I find my self locating bad
parts that have manufacturer's part numbers on them and can't
tell what they should cross to.  If anyone has information that
they can present at one of the meetings, other than the "Look it
up on the Internet suggestion", I'm sure we could all benefit
from it.

So, anyone out there gifted with an inexhaustible wealth of part
knowledge, please step up to the plate!  We'd like to hear from
you.
