[AReU] AREU Tomorrow

The monthly meeting of the Amateur Radio Electronics Union is 
scheduled for tomorrow at 7:00 pm at the Bell Shoals Baptist 
Church. The meeting room is on Overhill Drive at the North end 
of the church grounds. The church is about 2 miles south of the 
intersection of Lithia Pinecrest Road and Bell Shoals Road. 

I have three types of 2.4 GHz antennas for show and tell as well 
as a band pass cavity for the 70 cm band. My test equipment 
shows the cavity to be very sharp and with the help of Ron 
(whom I haven't heard from recently) will bring his spectrum 
analyzer with tracking generator we will look at the response 
curve. The AO40 satellite will not be available for the club 
meeting so I will not bring my portable station. I have not 
officially tried it out as of yet. It is the station that I will take 
to the BARS/TARC picnic. Hopefully it will perform well at 
this activity.
