[AReU] Tone Back on 2 Meter Repeater

As of Sunday afternoon April 14, at about 2:30 p. m. EDT, Tony - W4TAS,  
had to put the 136.5 Hz input tone back on the BARS 2 meter repeater 
(147.165 +).  The transmitter was staying keyed until the 2 minute timer 
shut it down.  This happened continuously for about an hour until Tony 
remotely applied the tone.

Tony said he would get down to the repeater site some time over the next 
week or two, as his schedule allows, to see if he can determine the 
source of the problem.  If he can find the problem and fix it, he will 
remove the tone again.
