In Tyler, Smith Co, TX, we use RMS Express for WL2K and D-RATS for D-STAR.
We are planning to use D-RATS for all communications in the future, we just
need to figure out how to configure our D-STAR repeater to pass WL2K email.

Hello all,
Wondering what software everyone is using and why. Please give me the
name of the program you using and what the pros and cons are. I would be
interested in both VHF and HF software, but am looking more for VHF for at
the EOC at this time. We have both at the EOC. For HF we are using MIXW and
are able to use it between Richmond, Wayne, IN. and the State EOC in
Indianapolis. For VHF/UHF we have a Kenwood D700 and a 220 Mghz radio (we
do not use this and now Indiana is working on using 220 for a backbone
network). With money being so tight, I doubt that we can get any money to
buy anything new. Although I have heard that maybe some grant money might
be available (not sure what strings may be attached) soon.

Thanks & 73,
Dave N0EOP
