[Ares-races] FEMA IS-100 being updated

Heard a rumor (IS-100 will be pulled and/or replaced in July?)  Since  we use 
this to teach ICS to ham radio operators supporting emergency management,  I 
asked FEMA.

Tom.Marlowe at dhs.gov writes:

Bill,

IS-100 is/has been revised using the new objectives and  content developed
collaboratively by the Emergency Management Institute,  National Fire
Programs/Academy and the National Wildland Coordinating  Group.  The web
version will be posted early next week and the classroom  version will follow
by mid-July.
