[Ares-races] Rejoined the list

Hello to the list. I am Rod, KC7VQR, and a captain with the local fire 
department. I am to go before a local FEMA Panel with a request for 
a grant for the city I live in. This grant money is to purchase HAM 
radio equipment for our EOC, which does not have any HAM radios 
now; I have to keep taking mine down. I would like to ask if any one 
who is in a management roll, if you could send me an email stating 
who you are, your title, where you live and how HAM Radio has 
played a roll where your area. Please try to keep it to one page. I 
would like to use your emails in my report, with your permission.
