Amateurs operating in RACES would do well to refer to the ARRL -
especially the web page:
http://www2.arrl.org/FandES/field/pscm/sec1-ch4.html
It is the only place I have found on the net that has correct and
complete information on RACES.
There are literally hundreds of sites with erroneous RACES information.
The ARRL is wrong on some FCC issues from time to time but generally can
be relied upon to be correct.
