Dear Group, I wonder if ARRL has any info on how hams have been used in the past. I suspect that we contribute much more to the recovery phase of an emergency or disaster than we do to the actual immediate saving of lives and property. It just occurs to me that we are talking about the 1% case with 95% of our energy. What do you think ? /Jim /N1CRZ
