[Ares-races] Message Form ?

Hello,

After working another Hurricane drill with the local Red Cross chapter we
are re-visiting the need to develop a better message form.  The ARRL
Radio-Gram will not do as most will agree.  Also, the need to log and or
track each message and in most cases a signature of the person receiving th=
e
message (to CYA the operator) is a part we want to add.  We have a very
basic form we use, nothing special.

My question to the group is if someone else has already worked this issue
and developed a form we can adopt or use to move forward more quickly.  I d=
o
not believe any of us has the time to reinvent the wheel for everything we
do.  So that is why I=B9m posing the question here.  Of course what ever form
we use the person or group that originated it will be given credit.
