If you haven't already considered it, you might want to find and work with
the person responsible for communications systems at the hospital to find
out what other frequencies are going to be in operation, and do some
frequency analysis ahead of time so no one will be surprised by any
interference/intermod issues.  You could find your antennas in close
proximity to systems ranging from lo VHF up to 800 MHz, public safety,
paging, and aircraft.
