I can only imagine the headache involved.

Without the Master Control Console, what is the vehicle's operational
status?

One problem.  They don't come with manuals.  The chapter here in Phoenix
took delivery of one and it wasn't completed yet.  It's only been in
manufacturing about 10+ months longer than planned...and it still didn't
have the master control console installed.

Oh, and no manuals to run the rigs.  Ever try to run a Kenwood TS-2000
from
scratch?
