Yes, this is the software that I was talking about.  The program at 
http://www.qsl.net/ares_d24/techtalk.html is the Version 3.0 of this 
program, but is a DOS program.  I wish that it had been updated to a 
Windows version.

BTW, this web site is for the Colorado ARES District 24 organization.  It 
has some really nice stuff listed, such as procedures, forms, etc.  It's 
worth taking a look at.
