In any event one would look into local conventions used by PS before going
through the effort and expense. Shoot; there may be conflicts using "ARES
yellow", "RACES red" and "hunter safety orange. I really just want to avoid
my volunteers outfitting themselves in a manner where they would be looked
upon as "wannabes" and still have a readily visible presence. When I first
seen the survey, I thought it a fishing expedition to determine a possible
