I was told the same S meter as used in the ARR-5, ARR-7 receivers can also be installed into the RCA AR-88 receiver. This seems unlikely to me,

but i have never owned an AR-88.  Is this reasonable and correct ?

( I think it’s a pretty nice receiver, but…just that it’s above my weight threshold. )
