There are no more officer's clubs, chief's clubs, NCO clubs, Nothing. All done, as the USN is afraid a sailor might have a bit of a drink or two, and then become an alchholic.
A shame.

parked there temporarily. I hope the USN base has a good NCO club, because it looks like it might be a real bummer to be based there, especially in grey winter. Of course, the big city, Seattle, is only a 45 minute ferry ride away.
