I know that I have at least one, NIB. Probably several, in fact. My problem would be finding one. I know the small building where it is hiding, and if no one else can come up with one, I'll look for one and will send it to you, gratis.

Hello Dave and anyone else who can help.

I acquired a very sad-looking BC-453 that had been severely hamaged. While I have used OEM parts wherever possible - tuning capacitor, IFTs, tube sockets - I have completely rewired it as a late model R-23 / ARC-5 - all new bypass capacitors, new resistors where originals were OC or near thereunto, all new tubes. I've connected it up to a bench PSU - the LT and HT are being distributed exactly according to Doctor Drake's specification.

But among all my Command spares I don't have a BFO coil or its aluminium cubic container. Can you help?
