Looks like a low current SPST. It's probably not too big? ( hard to tell size from the picture)
Since the coil is only 40 ohms. I'd guess it might be for a 6 volt application. I don't think it's anything from an ARC5 or SCR274.

They are numbered between 812 to 816.  I find nothing close in my SCR-274N or AN/ARC-5 manuals.

DC Coil resistance is 40 ohms.  SPST.
