I have about 6 of these. All USN stamped on bottom; some have pencilled on them numbers like 15.5, 16, 14.5. No other info. 

Do you know what these are from ?

They are free for mailing cost, if if use to you as "spares"; otherwise the alu cans go to recycle very soon. 

I am thinking they came from TBS or some ship based IFF thing.
