Mine draws about a half amp more than that. Probably due
to a modification. In mine the 0Z4 rectifier was changed
to a 6X5 with dropping resistor. I tried putting putting
the 0Z4 back, but the supply simply wouldn't make any voltage.

Hopefully the vibrator is good, they are high on the unobtanium
list.
