I did a little experiment today to see if TPU  would bond to PETG on my FDM printer.  It worked fine, it is a little too stiff to replace the existing standoffs but a start ... tom, N3LLL

You would need to make a plate to hold the stud in the correct position and then pour the resin and probably put in a degasser for the best best results. Might be able to find some casting silicone that would work as well. See if you have a local shop that carries casting supplies.
