Here is the one used in the HEATHKIT  SB-10 SSB adaptor for what it's worth.   I've duplicated this 
guy more than once over the years and stuff them in old metal can octal tube cases.  Work like champs
and modern .1 percent resistors at pennies each and NPO smt caps work well also.

I was wondering about the longterm stsbility of the 1% resistors in the audio phase shift networks. Knowing about old - style carbon resistors, i am not optimistic.
