You might be able to insert some neoprene washers from Ace Hardware into the frames and somehow capture the studs that the dyno clamps to.  The isolators are not just for shock l, they also isolate vibration from the dynamotor to the receiver chassis which could result in frequency modulation of the superhet and BFO oscillators is one is actually using the dynamotors.

They are part of the inverter kit I sell.  I unscrew the original studs.  And glue them in place with E6000 glue.  I would be glad to share the .all files … Tom, N3LLL

They are vibration isolation mounts.  If you don’t use them, you may get to listen to the dynamotor in your headsets via a microphonic tube.  YMMV.

Well, that's ok they're not shock mounts as I don't plan to take the radio up in a B-17!  All I want them to do is to allow the dynamotor to clamp onto them.

How do your replacements install?

I'm currently working on recapping my BC-453B Nav Receiver.

The Studs which the dynamotor base clamps lock onto are rotted and are not useable.

Can anything be done about this?

This is not a critical issue for me as I do not use dynamotors with my Command sets;  Even with additional bypass capacitors and more grounding, the noise is not palatable to my ears.....
