 It confirmed the info I sent to Craig along with a pic of mine  that it is a IN 88

Here's the official description in the Signal Corps General Catalog:


But this insulator style was made by the millions by a variety of companies for aircraft use.  Most are usually unmarked or stamped with ink long gone, though there are exceptions.  Here are a couple of examples that meet the specifications above:
