One thing i noticed, and have direct experience with: German WWII electronics manuals for equipment are nothing compared to US manuals. Even a lowly Hallicrafters S-38 manual ia so much better than most German manuals i have seen, which is around dozen. Even a simple voltages table, i wonder, why not include that ? That's not important ? I just don't get it.
