Since getting hooked on this SCR-264N restoration project, I've started to go a little bit beyond restoring basic functionality to original configurations. I picked up a BC-455-B receiver that had the J1 box on the front remover with a 1/4" audio jack, potentiometer, and a switch hard-wired in. Then I picked up a partial BC-455 that had J1 still on the front, but with wires soldered to all of the pins. Has anyone been successful at removing solder from these 3mm banana pins?
