Glad to hear the Museum lives on!

Spent the 20th anniversary of our first moon landing there killing time before a flight out of BWI, saw what I believe was a spare camera of the one used to capture the moment on the moon.

When it actually happened I was a 17 year old aspiring engineering student attending an engineering summer camp for high school studentsat Clarkson College in Potsdam, NY.  Drinking beers in the college Rathskeller watching it all happen.

National Electronics Museum News       February 2024 |   NEM is Reopening!     The National Electronics Museum is about to reopen!   We have exciting news! After 11 months, the tremendous undertaking of moving our museum is coming to an end. Also, The Amateur Radio Club of the National Electronics Museum (ARCNEM) is now operational at our new location. Explore their events and online courses on their website.   While there is still a ton to be done (check out volunteering opportunities, here), this spring, we are going to begin tours by appointment only. Then we hope to transition into full-time by our Grand Opening this fall. Be the first to enjoy our new location, which we cohabitate with the Computer Museum at System Source and Bloop Museum.
