After years of this being on my projects list, i finally bought the 3 volumes of ‘The History of US Electronic

Warfare’, Alfred Price, 1984, 1989, and 2000. The latter two volumes are available on the  ‘Association of

Old Crows’ website. The first volume i had to buy from an Amazon seller, not new, but at least at lower cost.

Volume 1 covers to 1946; Volume II 1946 – 1964, and Volume III  1964 to 2000. My interest is almost entirely

WWII, then some in the 1950s Cold War. I found Volume I to be fascinating, well worth every cent. There are

stories galore from the great game and many photos. Several photos of this equipment i recognized well;

items i owned, fascinating gear, but as this type gear was just not practical for me to retain, in past years i

sold or gave it all away. The latter volumes hold the same level of detail but as less interesting to me, i have

not yet much looked at them. I am so glad there are a few people with the time and space to preserve this

less known equipment.
