The YE-ZB system is different than the ZA carrisystem.  The YE-ZB system was designed to give just a bearing to an aircraft to their home airfield ( most of the time, a moving aircraft ). The ZA system was designed for use more on a non-moving land based airfield, and in addition to bearing information also provided glide path information to the aircraft.
