While you guys are going thru your piles of crystals, please watch for any AVA-10 or AVA-53 ones. Frequency doesn't matter, they are just for show in the restoration of my L-5. The RCA CRV-40062 will stand in just as well with a faceplate change. The CRV40062B is different and won't work. Easy way to spot them, is that they are about the size of a Zippo lighter and weigh about 1/2 pound and have a steel case, enameled in cream color.
