Well, Wayne, you didn't miss anything. Think of work done by a 6 year old. The upside is i paid maybe $2 for it. 
$2 is peanuts in 2023. ( No, wait, that doesn't buy many peanuts any more. ) It is sure to have some parts 
( 3-48 screws, for example ) i can borrow.
