This is basically just where we're at.  A lot of people trying different products under different conditions for different problems and we all say "it works for me".  It seems all of the products are effective to some degree.  But there's no controlled scientific comparison with a large number of trials.  That'd be really hard to do and maybe not even worth the results if all the products provide some utility.

I've successfully used PB Blaster on many occasions and on some badly rusted vehicle parts...and its never failed me. I recently had to remove a a knob with a rusted on sets screw and it did the job.

I've seen that advocated in YouTube videos & elsewhere, too, but like all the other "swear by" solutions, some say it doesn't work as well as claimed.  Also, the fluid & acetone don't really mix, one is just suspended in the other & I've always wondered if they don't separate again after application.

I've been told from aviation sources that a 50/50 mixture of automatic transmission fluid and acetone is the best penetrating oil for stuck screws.  But I have not tried it.  Yet.
