That supply will do OK for all but the PE-73. The inrush current for that dynamotor is about 60A for a second or two. If you do the ER mod, it can be reduced to about 35A inrush.

The 25 amp models are available. Unfortunately, the next size up which is 1000 watts, 42 amps adjustable from 20.4 to 28.8 volts is on back order for a year.
