Interesting, in the 1962 article on calibrating them, the author says that units WITH charts were selling for $100, without charts for $33 on average. I’m guessing most of us got ours at REALLY great prices according to that! We may be sitting on our retirement funds……..

 

I already made a chart for mine covering 3500-3600Kc, but I’m going to try KU8H’s method of generating a cal book for the full range and see how that works.

cases or cal-books.

 

And other sellers are offering cal-books without meters.

 

I paid $5.00 each for my BC-221-AKs, and less than that for my two LMs.
